Okay - no worries then, the article got it wrong.
Varric cannot equip other bows. He can equip daggers.
These magazine errors are killing me. THEY WANT ME TO DIE! ![]()
Still, using weapons other than Bianca... romance has to be possible, right?

They made like 10+ in their rewind (including saying we're going to Neverra and the free marches, not mention they said Flemeth was narrating the fire's above trailer before ) i would take some of what they're saying with a grain of salt.
Edit
Just saw that tweet, what's with these errors lately.

Its Cullen...
so similarities
Both are Templar trained
both are idiots inregards to leading armies
I still think Alister is better... Dragon Blood, great sense of humor, and who do you think taught Barkspawn to put the rat he caught in Morrigans underwear.

Gaming magazines who write anything Bioware related should be required to pass their articles through the BSN before publication.

And edited because that was a poorly written article. But to be fair, the internet age has forced many magazines to cut corners in order to get stories out to the public quicker. That means there is less time for things like editing and fact checking.

Fine but that doesn't mean they can't then go back and edit it... just need to add an "edited on [insert date] for Correction of facts"

It's IGN not the New York Times, despite what they might tell you, they exist to sell games and advertisements. Everything else is mostly secondary to them.
