Nope. Tis time for the pitchforks!
If Cena wins we riot! Oh, wrong place. Um, something witty and sarcastic to complement your post. BigEvil away!
p.s. I'm ok with not getting info on another follower, still digesting all the info we did get this week.

I'm pretty much fine with no Follower Friday this month either, but its still good communication to let the community know if its been cancelled due to all the other new info released.

It's just like being on Telltale's forums. All I need is for a dev to promise that info is "right around the corner" or "coming soon" and give that info to me a month later.

The bloke has got no idea how to treat a companies customers.
You make a commitment to a service as FF Friday is you either follow up on it or you tell them otherwise before they waste the day looking at the pathetic site for something that they had no intention of showing. Then to come out with a sarcastic comment like that is totally reprehensible.
This might be one of the biggest overreactions I've read this year.

If I talked to my companies customers the way he does I would be sacked end of story.

Then you should 1) check with your union, because doesn't sound like a sound working environment, and 2) take a deep breath, stop overreacting like this and go outside for awhile.

How very unprofesional.
They didn't release the dev dairies which were supposedly planned for like two months ago, then they release some character kits and drop it too and now follower friday is dropped as well? But they did show new website and two new trailers along with massive outburst of articles (many of which had mistakes). Lets not forget that we got a half-assed video of PAX, instead of full coverage from Nerd Appropriate like last year.
It is all over the place, their strategy seems to change with whatever direction the wind blows. Is their marketing department putting people at so many projects at once that they don't have enough hours during the day and night to do it all?
Incosistent, apparently not planned marketing campaign. There are so many mistakes and missed opportunities that it is truly painful to look at.

He/she isn't wrong though. David Gaider is awful with dealing with customers and really should be restricted by Bioware on that front.
In the end, this is just ****** poor marketing at a time when Bioware needs really good marketing. Promising certain reveals, then continuously reneging on them, is doing nothing for them.
I was going to preorder next paycheck. This has changed my mind. I don't think I'll be pre ordering now.
