Yeah, it is - but then I checked the video of PAX and it was included in there too, among the other images.
Which means either they're just putting in more concept art for the sake of it, or we may revisit locations in DA3 that they didn't get a chance to develop in the last game.
Remember that the plot of Exalted March will fit into DA3 somehow, and some of the tweets from even March and April suggest we'll be back in the Free Marches (someone mentioned Sundermount, for instance).

Nope. This photo shows the Free Marches.

They've obviously been working on DA3 since 2011 if it shows 2011 in the corner.
Good point

Great artwork, but I have my doubts that it will look anything like that in the final product. Given the art-style they kept so dear to themself up till now.

Some things are being tweaked, and I imagine the Frostbite engine allows them to do shiny things with lighting. We don't really know.
(But compare the concept art for the armours to DA2's variety, they feel slightly more realistic and definitely more intricate.)

I loved the look of the uncharted worlds in ME1.
The lack of any meaningful content is another thing, but the atmosphere (pun maybe intended?), look, and feel of all those planets lost in the vastness of space was just fantastic.

Not too keen on the character outfits. Getting that big bulky Warcraft feel from it.

Yeah, that's an unusual remark. BioWare games have never had anything close to Blizzard character art.

Nice concept art. I hope we'll actually be able to travel within the open world instead of fast traveling across the map.
I don't, only because that gives developers "license" to pad games with excruciatingly long and boring "travel time" (see: Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. And you HAD a horse in that game)
SIDE NOTE: Keep DA2 style Deep Roads travel (if we go to the Deep Roads). I liked feeling that I was actually in the Deep Roads instead of magical cave portals that branch off from the Deep Roads
