In the trailer you see Warriors, Mages, and Rogues wearing that armor. It might be that armor doesn't even have stat requirements - just that some armor will be better for some classes. The Inquisitor Armor might give more universally beneficial abilities (small boosts to all stats, maybe an emphasis on health and defense, etc.).

The snow-covered environments appear to be the area mentioned in the press previews recently - a Red Templar camp where red lyrium is slowly corrupting the environment. There also seems to be an Inquisition scout camp in one of those shots.

 

They codenamed it Highlands, I believe.

It's possible, though to me the background seems the same as the various Skyhold concepts.
Azarhal posted the Coronation concept in another thread and the building seems similar to the one in the Chaos concept.

Not gonna lie, it likes almost like volcanic rock, shot through with the crystal.

That environment effect is pretty familiar, actually - they mentioned this resemblance at PAX East:

In fact, I think I can see the location where they took that Vivienne picture in the first screenshot, above. It's near the spikes of red lyrium at the base of the tower.

That armor looks pretty awesome. I usually prefer armor that's more to the realistic side but I'm not that particular about it as long as it looks passably functional. I have to say though, the helmet feels out of place - like it belongs to another set of armor. Might just be me though.

 

I love the new screenshots - DAI looks like it will be a beautiful game!

I have to admit, while I love the environments, the red lyrium itself looks like someone just had fun with an extrusion filter. To me it just looks like a "cheap" effect.

 

I much preferred the crystalline lyrium we had in the previous games....
