Some people are thinking that with the veil tears, it might undo tranquility, I seriously doubt that, but with the apparent cure to tranquility from Asunder,  if he was killed in the fade and was made tranquil by that, do you think it could be undone or is it permanent??

In Asunder it was said that a tranquil only had to be touched by a spirit/demon to reverse tranquility.  Possession isn't necessary.  The ex-tranquil has no emotional control, but otherwise they're back to how they were.  Karl might've been permanently reversed if Justice had directly touched him, but unfortunately they didn't know that.
