I would love for Bioware to make a game based on Dune. Seriously. I've been at this suggestion and them making a Matrix game for years now. Make it happen already!
Them doing a Cyberpunk genre game would be awesome, I agree. (I think Matrix is under that genre anyway.)

Will probably be my first CD Projekt game, this.
When I hear Cyberpunk, I always think Ghost In The Shell myself. Love that series. ![]()

Which is apparently in 2077...
It does look quite awesome though.
... Yes I know that was the title, just a joke there.
I'd love a Bioware Dune game. However, one benefit to their Dragon Age and Mass Effect series is that they are Bioware's own intellectual property. They can do what they will and don't have to worry about sticking with already established lore as they have to do with their various Star Wars games. It's also difficult to create a hero type in a universe that has already established heroes. I'm sure fans would want to go to Arrakis and see and interact with the Fremen, so what might be possible is a game set in the near past (as opposed to the distant past, like during the Butlerian Jihad) when Arrakis was discovered (by Imperial types) and the miracle of Spice was realized. That would be quite interesting.
Then again, we know how it ends, so... =/.

Is that in game or concept art? If it's in game, holy crap!
That's a concept, but I think in-game looks even better.

Near the end of the game the Inquisitor's troops will uncover a half-buried Mako, semi-confirmed rumour.

Setting is something I ALWAYS struggle with in my prose writing. One reason I'm so grateful to level artists -- doing things I can't.

Ugh, I'll trade him. Setting is the only thing I'm good at.
