That second shot is all levels of creepy. Its not just the eye symbol itself (which honestly weirds me out a bit), but the fact its repeated like that. Pretend it was a cross instead, and yeah. >_>

Chances are somebody has been killed in this room , there's also a puddle of blood on the floor and a bit on the wall...and I guess the drawings are also made  of blood.

Oh, wow, good catch! Yes, the bottom picture with Cassandra... that emblem looks like a map marker. Maybe showing location of Therinfal Redoubt?
 
Also, the ME fan in me cannot un-see the center part of that emblem as looking a bit like a mass relay. That's kinda awesome, actually.
