Watching GamerMD's unboxing ceremony really warmed my heart. I'm not usually one for sentiments, but seeing her joy and knowing that Bioware did something that awesome for their fans is pretty amazing.
She finally dropped a video today?!

Same. See you crazy kids in October!
That's so cool what Bioware did for their fans. I remember going to e3 last year. It was so much fun! Bioware deserves a lot more credit than what they get for how they treat their fans. They are a great group of people. And man that art looks sweet.
Totally agree. Though am a little jelly, green jelly that is. But that comes with me being pretty inept at that kind of stuff I guess
Best I could do:
Don't forget to credit GamerMD83 for these if you repost them somewhere!
That's the same scene from the trailer but the characters aren't doing the same thing as they are in the trailer.

Now I just need someone to work with who knows what there doing, so I can just sit there and look pretty. ![]()
i hope to see Crestwood.
Grats to all of those who got presents! The gamermd83 unboxing was adorable; I love to see some great fangirl excitement about things like that. Kudos to Bioware for sending them, and the packing job on the framed print looked very well done.
Cole's hair is definitely more noticable in that picture because of the lighting, and it's covering his eyes too.
His bangs look like Mary J. Blige's in the "Family Affair" clip.
Kind of off-topic but to be honest, this game has the best companion lineup out of any Dragon Age game yet. I wouldn't say the best out of any bioware game but uh - we'll see when the game gets released.

I desperately want to twirl moustache man's moustache.
Please bioware put up some dragon age Lithographs for sale (different to the ones you just gave away)
Honestly if it weren't for all the meetings I have this morning I would be staying home to sleep. So damned tired.
COFFEE COFFEE COFFEE
I still haven't seen time slow down but I figure I can't be too far off.
We know the main character of the novel will be a fledgeling Grey Warden Valya. Could you tell us something about her?
Valya is a mage looking for refuge with the Grey Wardens. The "present day" setting of Last Flight occurs after the events of Asunder, so it's an uncertain time in the world for Circle mages. On top of that, Valya is an alienage elf, which makes her an outsider twice over. So for her, the Grey Wardens represent a chance at safety and stability in a world that doesn't seem to have any other place for her. It doesn't hurt that the Wardens are among the great heroes of the world, either.
At least, that's what she thinks in the beginning...
At what time exactly will the story take place? Partialy in the times after the 5th Blight, partialy in the times of the 4th Blight?
There are two storylines in Last Flight. Valya's storyline takes place after the Fifth Blight and begins around the same time that Asunder ends. Isseya's storyline covers the Fourth Blight and some of its aftermath.
- I hope we'll get some more background on Garahel in this book...
(and hopefully the return of the griffons....) ![]()
Interview with Liane Merciel - Dragon Age: Last Flight
http://www.dragon-ag...ast-flight.html
*snip*
So she is apparently a fan of the games, have read all the DA books, and chose not to make too much use of Bioware's characters because she is afraid of representing them wrong and damaging the integrity of the setting. That makes me far less worried that this is gonna be a clusterfuck on the level of Mass Effect: Deception.
Pretty sweet animation video someone did for their class, inspired by DA: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjGpfq2z2s4&feature=youtu.be …
Congrats to @gamermd83, @ScottishW92, @AbilityDrain on receiving your care packages. Watched the reaction vids. Made my morning!
EVENTS TAKE PLACE AFTER ASUNDER!?!??!?!?!??!?!
Glad I preordered!
Post Kirkwall/Pre-Inquisition book timeline:
Most of the events in Masked Empire--->Some of the events in Asunder--->End of Masked Empire--->The Rest of Asunder--->Last Flight
I have to say, the Polish Dragon Age fans are totally rocking the exclusive interviews - first Trevor Morris, now Liane Marciel.
They should win a Pulitzer for fan journalism.
