So does anyone know if they will be available to watch as videos after the event? Bioware, I love you but one of the livestreams is on at 3.30 am for me and I don't think anything short of a medical emergency is going to get me out of bed at that time.

All of them will be recorded as videos, yes. You can probably watch them at the same links, they'll just be somewhere in the E3 news pages of all those different sites.

I don't know... I think it should be your local time. It also says the timezone on the "Converted Time" box. 

 

But scroll down a bit and there are converted times for a bunch of cities and countries around the world.
