I just imagine some of the Marcher cities must have different regional accents (Sebastian sounds Scottish; the human Inquisitor's surname is Cornish) and it totally wouldn't surprise me if he ends up being from there.

 

Unless he's from the Anderfels or something and will sound, what... German?

They could totally be revealing character bios next week, to put on the website.
