It's not over you know, E3 is still going on, this was just the first day where a lot of other stuff had to be shown too

 

I will try not to get my hopes up in case I get dissapointed again.

 

I think I've calmed down a bit now.

I will definately still be buying it though, as I absolutely adore Dragon Age.

Hope, because i'm disappointed too... I mean, it's a very short gameplay for a game coming out in 4 months. I was hoping for something more.

I'm sorry but I reeeeally strongly dislike Samantha Traynor and her voice actor, so hearing the Femquisitor has her voice INFURIATED ME. How will it work for a Dwarven or Qunari Inquisitor?

 

On this, at least, I have good news: there are four possible voices for the Inquisitor, two for each gender! And we get to choose between British and American accents. So if you don't like this voice, you can just pick whoever the American VA turns out to be instead. (I mean, assuming you like that one .)

Dragon Age discussion. Expecting an hour long demo is a little unrealistic.

 

If it's anything like today, it will be 52 minutes of Mass Effect 4 stuff and eight minutes of Dragon Age-related old screenshots of already announced companions, a previous trailer, and the dragon fight footage.

 

I don't want to sound ungrateful, but I sure hope we get to see some new and fun things about Dragon Age tomorrow.

 

I will say that I was blown away by the live music. The soundtrack is likely going to be awesome.

On this, at least, I have good news: there are four possible voices for the Inquisitor, two for each gender! And we get to choose between British and American accents. So if you don't like this voice, you can just pick whoever the American VA turns out to be instead. (I mean, assuming you like that one .)

 

My guess is the American voice will be deeper-sounding, seeing as how both Dwarves and Qunari do not generally have British accents (and some part of my sleep-addled mind associates deep voices with Qunari/Dwarves generally).

I thought one of the devs (Mike Laidlaw, I think?) said it'd be two voice actors (one per gender) doing an English and American accent.

I'm happy! I think what we saw was really amazing and I'm totally psyched for the spots that will be dai-centric tomorrow!

If this is what BioWare can accomplish in a cumulative ten minutes... I'm gonna be really freaking out tomorrow!!!
