I'm probably too much in love with Alistair but Steve Valentine's smile tells me so much more (I wish!!!). Dear Alistair, if you appear I hope you know where your Cousland queen is...

Thanks all, here's to the next crazy project, whatever that may be... http://www.imdb.com/...ame/nm0884313/

@legbamel
@Stevevalentine I'm still not seeing Dragon Age: Inquisition listed.  It won't be DA without you!

“@legbamel: @Stevevalentine I'm still not seeing Dragon Age: Inquisition listed.  It won't be DA without you!” ;)

Alistair confirmed. Lets hope they fixed his face :P

...really?

Since the voice actor who played Allistair is not listing DA3 as a current project/credit, I'd say that's more in line with a confirmation he's NOT going to be in the game...?

Unless there's just something I'm really missing?

You actually wont see a list of full voice actors until AFTER the game is released.

I remember how people would post things about DA2 and 75% wasnt true.

Alistair is a popular character. I bet there will still be a cameo but its not going to be posted.

IF he was involved in DA3, I don't think he would be allowed to list the project yet. His smile probably means nothing, but I (we) are allowed to just hope there's something we can read between the lines. I surely do!

Ah. If that is the case (hoping that a small piece of evidence leads to the conclusion we want) the correct terminology to use would have been "Allistair returns for DA3! Semi-confirmed rumor."

Saying he is actually confirmed is a little misleading. :)

That's interesting, they making changes to the dialogue cheese wheel?

They are making changes to the dialogue, that's for sure.

Ooooor they're just not allowed to admit they are working on DA3 yet..?

I thought that would be the most obvious answer.

Seeing as the last time I asked him he responded firmly in the negative, I'm taking the wink as a hopeful sign.  Of course it could just be acknowledgement of the compliment and mean nothing.  I'm afraid to ask for clarification.

That's moot actually. DA3 is not listed on IMDb at all yet (the public version that I have access to anyway), so no one will have it on their page.

I actually attended that review myself, and I can assure you that there was some excellent usage of cheese wheels that I was not anticipating!

:crying: indeed.

But... maybe this is exciting? He says an immediate change, and that he'll be planning these live events. Maybe it's things along the lines of the videos we got pre-DA2 release and they're starting to prepare for sharing... *wishful thinking*

Wow... Chris Priestly not doing boards? That is... surprising.

So is Jessica going to be taking over the boards as the other Community Manager? I always thought she was more of the event planner of the two.

Or is there going to be someone entirely new...?

SPECULATIONS!

Interview with David Gaider about the DA Dark Horse comics:

It's quite an interesting read. Technically not a tweet, but I did find it on Twitter so it kinda counts lol.

Well I think it's nice for (Evil) Chris to move on , being a moderator isn't always fun , besides he can still come to the forum anyway.

Wonder what he's going to do , The Sims 3 team always stream some event when they sold something.
Sometimes it's nice , when they show features ...sometimes it's annoying when they always answer the same questions and avoid others , and keep on talking about their promotional stuff , "pre order from Origin,!" "get the collector edition!" "go on twitter and type #The Sims "repeated 10 times in 20 minutes ...:s
But anyway it always depends on who's working on the stream thing , some from their team are really nice and funny .

Well , good luck to Evil Chris , wonder if he will wear some devil horns. :)

Chris Priestly ‏@BioEvilChris:
Some details on my new role: Will still post on BSN, but less LOCKDOWN and more about the games. So fewer posts, but cooler detail.

So he will still come to the forum from time to time .^^
