I really appreciate how gracious and patient some VA's can be with fans. It's gotta be a lil weird to have so much sudden attn. But there are VA's that handle it very well, and are very considerate of the fans excitement.

i think he says there is a 'non zero chance' of the warden appearing, at around 8:42 in the video wiedzmin posted

 

Yeah, he does say something about "non zero chance"....not sure if it's a response to "will the warden appear?" or "is there a chance you can talk about if the warden appears?".

They kind of talk at the same time so it's hard to hear and get a clear answer, which is why I was hoping to see what others had heard.

 

Went back to try and listen more closely.

Interviewer asks: "I'm guessing there are some other cameos that we're maybe not speaking about right now...?

Laidlaw: "...there's a non zero chance of that..."

 

I guess no answer yet if the Warden returns or not. Probably won't know for sure until we play the game, which is fine by me.

I wonder if the reason sera gets so injured is so you can have Dorian heal her as part of his recruitment. Might get her to trust a tevinter magister (who I assume are not well liked by elves in general)

THE HYPE IS REAL!!!!!

It was lagging and fuzzy as a hamster too, BUT IT WAS STILL SOOOO GOOD!!!!

The only slightly negative thing I have to say is that the health bars would look better red.

And I've changed my opinion on the Femquisitor being voiced by Alix Wilton Regan, to me now it's a positive thing.

If Solas is in the footage next time I might crap my pants (not joking, I reeeeally need to poop but I fear I won't make it to the toilet as my legs are like jelly from all the excitement.)

That's about the one thing I like about the aesthetics of the UI.

 

In terms of functionality, seeing it in live gameplay and actually watching numbers pop up, status ailments hit and the wonderful Tactical Cam Tooltips on targets alleviated most of my concerns.

I'm pretty sure they're the same images that are on the tarot cards- DHMG's is the same at least, and they're in the same style. It would be very cool if they kept them, even if it won't match the Inquisitor's icon.

DA2 had character icons in the gameplay demo that were different than the ones at launch.

 

It's quite possible, however, that these are DA:I's final icons.I like their style.All I'm sayin' is that we shouldn't jump to the hype train just yet, as they may be placeholders.
