Apparently theres a Focus resource you build up through teamwork. This Focus resource allows you to cast powerful spells like Haste that can't be cast without enough focus.

I'd love to know more specifics about that one because, to be honest, I HATE the concept. But if it's not significantly different than mana usage...I guess it doesn't matter?
