Yes, looks like all the characters in that old survey turned out to be either companions or one of the advisers. They were all inquisition members and that survey was 100% legit.

 

It wasn't 100% legit though. The leak said that Iron Bull was a Tal Vasoth but we now know he still follows the Qun.

Yep. And since everything else in the survey was true, I think we can safely assume that Cole is indeed Cole.
