So far 0/4 for me random game invite wise this e3.  Not that I really want to play some of them but I signed up for Battlefield, The Crew, Destiny (+ The keep a while ago). If i actually get in to anything other than the Keep before the Keep it would be like winning $2 on a $2 lottery ticket.  Didn't make any money but I was still "lucky"

 

I'm surprised that they wouldn't have a "reroll your inquisitor's face" option though.  I don't think it would be particularly hard to have an "enchanted mirror" somewhere in Skyhold.

Or for that matter a really good barber/ Plastic surgeon...heck I volunteer Viv for the job. 

 

Viv: Now hold still Inquisitor. 

 

Inq: OK

Viv: *gets sheers and hedge trimmers and rubs them together causing sparks*

I never read codex entries and those planet descriptions in ME because "oh gawd I ain't gonna read this I wanna go back to game" and I always feel sorry for the poor soul who had to write it. Now I'm feeling guilty!

I never read codex entries and those planet descriptions in ME because "oh gawd I ain't gonna read this I wanna go back to game" and I always feel sorry for the poor soul who had to write it. Now I'm feeling guilty!

 

I started reading them, then quit when the landforms on the planets didn't mesh with the description of the the atmosphere and planet type.

(I'm a geologist.....while I liked driving around the planets in ME, I hated the planets themselves....now the sky views on the other hand......)

 

And so far I'm loving the environments (especially the rock forms) in DAI

I had the same thing happen to me earlier and was credited 3/4 times, which was really lovely.

 

But it seems not all of the internet shares the BSN's courtesy as far as crediting goes.

Ideally, tho, we'd have the Mabari model, a scenthound model, and sight- or fleethound model. Since wardogs and hunting are a Thing with nobility. Of course, in Orlais, there are probably a ton of lapdogs running around.

I enjoy reading the codex entries and what not. I like to save them for when I get back to a home base. Have sum convo's. Maybe a lil romance. Then kick back w/ a pint of ale and do some reading.

 

Though, sometimes I have a hard time finding them in my journal...areas. I'm like---hmmm, now what was that? Was it a Note or a Book? Was it abt a Character, or a bit of Lore w/ an important character...? Ooorrrr a special Item abt a Character from the Lore in a Book...? *eyetwitch*

LOL, to make the most attractive character into f/f romance with the other two (Cass&Viv) being let's just say a bit unusual for normal taste... it certainly feels like they want to make you play as a female character for some reason.

 

Nah, I must just imagine things...

 

Important to remember that "most attractive" is subjective.

 

Of the 3 we know, I'd consider Sera the least attractive (though not unattractive).  I'd probably put Vivienne in at #1.

Heh, I used up a ridiculous amount of time faffing back and forth with it, tweaking this and that. It made me incredibly anal over my characters appearance. So for my own sanity i'm kinda relieved it won't be available immediately/ iff at all lol.

 

Still won't stop me starting over iff I don't like how a character looks once in game though.

The first time I played DA2 , I found out in the middle of the game I had created a character with black hair , and orange/red eyebrowns (I thought they were dark brown in the CC).

It was very hard trying to ignore that for the rest of the game.

I'd agree with Allan. Sera has a terrible hair cut that I can't stand to look at. Cass is good looking but shes got a rather severe face, the face lines of a hard military life. Vivienne on the other hand looks like a queen and apparently acts like one too. I'm siding with Cass as my LI right now but if Vivienne is an option (and she has to be since theres no other female on the team to be the second straight male LI option) then I'll have quite the predicament trying to choose between the two.
