The first time I played DA2 , I found out in the middle of the game I had created a character with black hair , and orange/red eyebrowns (I thought they were dark brown in the CC).

It was very hard trying to ignore that for the rest of the game.

lol Aye I understand how useful it was for fixing things like that and hopefully it'll be introduced eventually. My comment was more a personal relief that I won't be spending hours tweaking a slider point by point rather than playing the game again, not that I hope it's never made available at all. To be honest the time I spent using the mirror probably had more to do with DA2's CC in general. Trying to make a character look distinctive and non-potato faced felt like trying to scale Everest. I never had that problem in DA:O.

Anyway even if we don't get picked at this point the game and the rest isn't so far away.

So was "Sera as bi LI", and looked how that turned out.

 

This is a bit disingenuous.

 

They would've decided the companions' LI status literally YEARS before we even knew they existed. 

 

If the game was planned from the start to have lesbian/gay/straight/bi options, they would've made those characters when they were first deciding the party.

 

By the time we definitely knew who Sera was (like, what, less than six months ago?) it was far too late to change anything in the LI department. Anyone who is upset that they ignored a "popular request" seems to be not very familiar with the realities of writing and developing a videogame.

Good point. But the speculation that he'll be interested in women (whether than means he is straight or bi) is pretty well-founded given his interest in F!Amell. He's very unlikely to be exclusively interested in men.

That's right. He'll be (almost) surely an option for female PC, we're not sure if as straight or bi.

Shhhh... don't worry. Remember that Bioware writers feed off fan tears so any scene that's happy for us is a sad scene for them. I'm sure the moment in question is positively bursting at the seams with sunshine, rainbows, and ACTUAL unicorns.

I'd agree with Allan. Sera has a terrible hair cut that I can't stand to look at. Cass is good looking but shes got a rather severe face, the face lines of a hard military life. Vivienne on the other hand looks like a queen and apparently acts like one too. I'm siding with Cass as my LI right now but if Vivienne is an option (and she has to be since theres no other female on the team to be the second straight male LI option) then I'll have quite the predicament trying to choose between the two.

 

I actually find Cass really hot that way. She looks rough, a true force, but I'm sure she is totally different on the inside. And her hair is pure perfection! I've seen so many chars with not-so flattering hair (Sera, Merril)...

 

I bet Vivienne will be the Tali sort of char.   Everyone will try to romance her to see what's under the hat. Hopefully she's not Maleficent. OTherwise we'll have 2 Iron Bulls.
