Will we have the ability to choose which mount is summoned by this whistle? If so will the icon change?

I want Inquisitor's Edition and I doubt that will appear here.

If not Inquisitor, I will try Deluxe.

Just in Origins can pre order, but I don't play in the PC.

 

I believe you can import the Deluxe edition from Amazon for all platforms.

I still didn't find a store that ships the CE to here =/

Amazon US have added a number of countries they ship to (not sure is Brazil is there or not) not so long time ago. If you haven't checked it since early 2014 you might be  pleasantly surprised.

you can place the order for the deluxe edition, gonna pay taxes until you cry, but you can do it if you want to.

Yeah, depending on where you pre order the DLC items will be different, on Origin however, it's all included.

They ship to selesct countries but they are very mysterious about the countries to which they send. I initially contacted their customer support to find if they would send to my country, and they wouldn't tell me. They said I should place an order and if I don't get an error message then my country is not one of those "select" countries.

 

Turns out they do ship it to my country, but that's an odd way to do things.

EA lançou versões p/ console de ME3 e DA2 mesmo sem fazer muitas propagandas a respeito. Lançaram até a versão física do pc de ME3, que se eu soubesse não teria comprado a digital. Único motivo de não ter feito a pre-order no Origin ainda.

Yep. I'd wait until two weeks before the release date to pre-order. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to find at least the deluxe edition in a local store.
