Ruh roh........Cassandra will side with the wishes of the divine.  Reminds me of some others that easily flip flopped to the wishes of the divine after the divine decided to go all soft on the mages.  Another traitor to the cause and the vows taken to protect the world from the mages.  Ugh......

 

Can't tell if you're serious but part of the vows Seekers and Templars take is to serve the Divine and the Chantry.

 

Any Seekers & Templar's that have broken away have broken that vow. Its a lose, lose situation you're either a traitor to the Divine or to the vows you took to about Mages.

 

At Least Cassandra is not going around killing people she suspect are Mages, which is apparently what some Templars are doing

Hmm, so far it looks like my party is going to consist of Blackwall, Cassandra, myself (another warrior no less) and one more open slot. As someone trying to play a zealous lawful neutral character, I pray that Dorian isn't a troubled or edgy character - I just can't see my inquisitor recruiting an apostate or sending a fashionista like Vivienne into any sort of battle, and I would at least like to be able to use ONE mage during my first playthrough. =/

Sera is a no go for my Inquisitor and Varric is in a state of limbo. Varric is a good guy at heart, but if he openly smuggles and maintains contact with criminals I simply cannot see my inquisitor and him getting along very well.

Never read Asunder, so I can't speculate until more information is revealed. Based on the wiki, he uses blood magic and is some sort of assassin, so chances are I won't use him either.
