Haha. I must be really lame. I'm 25 and knew Carly Simon (I may be the only person alive who can't stand Fleetwood Mac..) and have no idea what the NIN song sounds like.

Anyways, before this derails again... it's been crazy quiet(er than usual), Bioware. Ya'll must be gearing up for something good. *wishful thinking*

LOL, the NIN song uses the exact lyrics from You're So Vain in a couple of lines, although it's generally a lot cruder and ruder than Carly Simon's original.  

And I assume we'll be hearing more as the weekend rolls on from the people at PAX.  I really do hope we get a few DA3 tidbits, even if it's something like scenery screenshots.

Personally, I feel Bioware is missing a good chance to at least wet people's appettites for the game a bit more. Keep it up at the front of the public consciousness. I am going to go all negative mode now and predict we don't see DA3 until 2015/2016. Prepare yourselves people! *runs off screaming like a madwoman* lol

I'm actually not sure why they even opened a DA3 section on these boards to be honest. People are just talking in circles now and the devs/moderators complain about people going off topic but there is really nothing to talk about concerning the game, so people just grasp at straws. Why don't they just give us something? Like even a release date idea? It is really confounding.

No. It is contingent on the assumption that if a game wants to make any noise at all this year, it needs to get out in front of the new consoles. Any other year, I wouldn't have this thought. This year? It would be suicide. Absolute and total suicide. They would be doing karoke in the stands of a crowded concert stadium and then be surprised when everyone was watching the main act on stage instead of them.

Good.  Fall 2013 is way too early.  They shouldn't even be ready to talk about the game before then.  I'm beginning to take them seriously now.  So far they are handling this whole situation miles and away better than DA2.
