Why is Vivienne's face so... Glossy.
Lots of steps in the palace is my guess, even Vivienne sweats.
Should I hide do you think?

You would be sweaty too if you wore that many layers in Summer.
But it's all in the name of fashion.

Be careful of what you wish for, she may very well be bald under there...
Thats because she is, well not really since she has buzz cut.

Every NPC has shiny skin. Look at companion trailer - IB has shiny skin, too.

Dorian the Deliciously Dashing Dandy?
Varric: "Ah, Dorian, I presume you mean the dangerously dramatic Dorian, the devilishly dashing defector from depraved decadence with a delectably delicious display of dreamy dynamic designed to discretely disarm despicably dreary dwarves of their dear dispensable diamonds and deal deceptively determined death to disastrously dastardly desire demons and disproportionately doom-distributing dungeon-dwelling dragons, while delivering deliverance to delicate damsels in distress and discovering the daydream-demanding delights of the dazzlingly divine daughters of the distinguished dignitaries during downtime... That Dorian?"

This is probably wrong, but I'm thinking it's got to do with an attempt to make her skin reflect light properly in all lighting conditions. If you remember in Origins, even very dark mod-added skin tones appeared weirdly flat and pale in most light. I'm thinking that something about having a more intense specular map or something might give darker skin more intense highlights while better preserving the midtones of the skin. Maybe.
Then again, everyone so far seems to have pretty shiny skin, so idk. Vivienne's is just more noticeable.
