• You’ll be able to claim the banner points in the game in the name of the Hero of Ferelden, so there’s presumably a strong tie to the character from the previous games
• The opening of DA:I (explosion that kills many people, including Chantry leadership) has a big impact on Leliana. The Chantry being in chaos really affects her, hence how ruthless and direct she seems in the demo
• The fact that the Inquisitor is the one source of stability in the world matters more than their race or gender
• Out in the world you’ll find things like beds, thrones and tapestries that you can put in your castle to customize it. Some of these customization options are purely visual
