Mika Simmons ... Queen Anora
Considering her IMDB profile says she was Queen Anora in DA II (lolfail), I advice to take it with a grain of salt for now.
I mean, I think its obvious she is gonna appear, but IMDB isn't 100% foolproof.

Bhelen as king actually benefits the Dwarves because he keeps the trade with the surface and gets rid of the Caste system
How? Bhelen understands that keeping to tradition is going to be the end of the dwarves
And his plan is so much better? How? Bhelen was a power hungry and quite honestly power mad little Dwarf of a man *pun kind of intended*. He had proven himself time and again to be a liar, schemer, regicide (not that I normally care about such things) and quite honestly a betrayer of his own word. He was out for himself. I contend he was just using the Castless to advance his own political ambitions and did not care one whit about them. Harrowmont, despite his problems, never lied, was never dishonest, and was quite frankly the enemy Orzamar could trust because he was a known quanitity.
Didn't Anora's VA already confirm she's making an appearance?
Not sure, I wouldn't be surprised if she is indeed gonna do the VA though.

Bhelen is the best choice for Orzammar. Anybody who disagrees is just in denial.

The dwarven issue was beautifully constructed by BioWare. Make the king who makes the most sense an ambitious murdering *******. Make the kindly older candidate hand picked by the previous much beloved king stick to the old ways and drive them into the stone. I have sided with Harrowmount most of the times in past games but often regret it.
(Also apparently Harrowmount is using all the tax money to buy diamonds for his wife or so I have been told.)

No doubt by the same visious Bhelen Propaganda machine. 
Bhelen would be a better Choice for Orzammar, there is no doubt of that. However, if Harrowmont lives and the Anvil was preserved, the dwarves have at least a strong standing in Orzammar on their own - while they are more isolated from the Surface than ever before, they do have a Golem Army created from the eradicated castless after they rebelled, if I recall it correctly.

Bullshit. There's nothing to suggest choosing another king in Inquisition. Hell there's more evidence we'll choose another ruler/rulers for Fereldan AND Orlais before Orzammar
