True, but it's not the first time it's been made (not even in this thread - for example Dorian fainting because of damage to furniture). Truth to tell, it's getting old. As a gay man, I'm beginning to hope Dorian would not be gay (or even bi).

I think Varric and Cassandra both look better in DAI than in DA2 while Isabela looks better in DA2 than in DAO. The only major decreases were elves and Alistair in DA2. Everything looks better in DAI so far.

I just don't think every stereotype is necessarily insulting enough to warrant an angry response.

"All gay men love fashion" is totally harmless since it doesn't carry a negative connotation at all, especially if you consider the friendly intent of the person who said it.

 

Saying Dorian should NOT be gay or bisexual however, is completely cruel and malicious of you

Anyway, as stated, Lebanesus Dudellius is right, it was an innocent joke, meant to poke fun at Dorian, not the gay population as a whole. We can all let it go, now. Or you, know, take the discussion to another thread so we don't get the Twitter thread closed down.

Also, does Aveline *really* count as Orlesian? Her father may have been a Chevalier who wanted her to pursue knighthood, etc, but Aveline herself seems very grounded in Ferelden pragmatism.
