Be warned, there is spoilers for his character, although the OP did a good job of leaving most of the rest of the book unspoiled.

 

 

I hope there will be another follow up tweet to this.  How does that even happen? 

 

 

That was my guess, not what actually happened :P

But it does happen, the person (victim) just needs to be a heavy sleeper or had a bit too much to drink. Lols ensue...
