Not to my knowledge, this is just a snowballing rumor. It was a passing reference that they'd "Like to" release it, but I'm sure they'd all like Dragon Age: Inquisition to finish developing itself while they sleep. Like to ≠ Will do.

No. Personality-wise Vivienne is opposite in many ways to Morrigan.

 

I'm talking more about 'This is the female mage that is a smartass you'll hate/love/love to hate, and we'll plaster her everywhere because she'll be important to stuffs'.

I must say that Cole sort of reminds my of the Torchwood second series episode "Adam".

As for Cole's being a "corpse" I don't think it is based in truth. I mean I have only just begun reading "Asunder", but it seems that Cole needs blood infusion and death to remain corporeal. If that is the case than he can't be possessing a corpse. Corpses don't dissipate in that manner, regardless of what many video games would have you believe. Perhaps that bloodletting is why he is susceptible to the Litany of Adralla. He certainly doesn't seem to be demonic in nature.
