Does Cole actually need bloodletting? He killed people because they could see him when he did. It was their recognition, not their blood, that kept him from fading away, or so he believed. To me, this speaks to him being a spiritual entity of some sort, in the way he sees existence (In this case, his own) through the eyes of mortals.
I want video of this. Or at least an audio recording. Soooooooo badly!

Flip that around and it'll be pretty accurate with what's happened so far.

It's shown that he thinks he needs murder to sustain him, but as you get further into the book, he becomes more stable, and it's shown he doesn't need to kill to stop fading away. He just associated desperate despondent people (who were close to death or had given up) that could see him with murder. (Which is creepy in and of itself, but off topic)

Has someone asked if the tweet saying they won't release the video of the demo without the devs talking over it means that it won't be released at all (talking or no)?

But people don't post that here. The only fanart is what the devs themselves tweet about.
This isn't a "post anything you like" thread, and every time it looks like becoming one I try to keep it on track. Asking developers random comments about the lore is definitely getting off track.
(And if you've already made a topic about that lore question, why do you need to post it here? It's not going to make getting an answer any more likely, and you're just filling this thread with something that doesn't belong here.)
