Seriously though, that close up picture of her face is frightening. She looks nothing like the concept art, which is a shame. Bioware went in the wrong direction when they designed Sera, in my humble opinion.

Only at E3, I believe - and that was a special case because they revealed three or four people in a row.

She just looks like someone is about to take an arrow in the knee. Other than that... Let's see. Pointy ears—check. Big eyes and mouth and lips—check. Pug nose—yep. Bet she looks pretty close to the concept when grinning. Smiles do that.
