The two voices, which can be chosen regardless of race, are one is British accent and the other American accent. We already have the British VA down, so sadly don't think this is it.

The Fade is the land of dreams. All races, minus the Dwarves, go there when they are asleep and all mages are alert while there. This is why demons are attracted to them. We should take this to the Solas topic though since it isn't about Twitter.

You don't see a lot of non-white dudes with those kind of mustaches.

His appearance was changed from the War Room art, and his voice actor is apparently British-Indian. 

 

Plus, Tevinter has citizens from a bunch of places across Thedas, including the far north.

It's a cultural thing ...in my country people like Dorian can be seen as white or POC.

I mean people from meditarean origin all look more or less the same , but if you're from north africa , you're seen as a POC , if south europe , you're seen as white.

It's a strange thing if you ask me but wtv.

I was saying because the Tome of the Slumbering Elders hints that the elves practicing uthenera were ancient dreamers (not on the "immortal" literal meaning in elven). He seems to be a dreamer, I really think the Tome tells the truth about them.
