Did they say why Leliana has different eye color? I just assumed Thedas wears eye lenses and as Leliana aged she suffered from astigmatism. A woman in her position can't let sight issues slow her down.

Isn't it kinda hinted that the ashes have nothing to do with it, its all the lyrium or something that they've absorbed?  Maybe that's what possibly saved her

Oghren mentions that the mountains surrounding the Temple contain massive veins of lyrium, which could have given the Ashes their healing properties.
