From what I saw in this forum (Sera's case), no. It was much worse.

It's strange that people are so focused on romances in a game. Like, really?

 

I saw a couple peep say 'I was going to role gender x, but now I am rolling gender y because person z is hetero/homosexual.

 

But, to each their own. I'm sure tons of people can play the Witcher series, but I can not stand it due to me not being able to make my own character.

And what an info dump it was, Scribbles became Josephine, and is bi, Cass and Cullen confirmed as straight and pissed people off.  Lots of good info about crafting and other stuff, I'm somewhat happy that some of the item descriptions will come back, although I liked the useless ones like this is an iron ring.  Wonder what GaymerX has in store, if they can top this

Just for the record, I hate trainers! Big time. For reasons. I just wish console command in games wasn't fading out like it has. It was so nice on Baldur's Gate! My last word on the topic. Promise.
