That looks like it's from the dwarf male warrior demo then.
Believe so; watched it a few times before it was announced as a leak. But my memory is not always the best, so it could be from anything at E3.

It could be but notice how the Inquisitor has his/her legs legs flexed in preparation for combat and yet s/he is still about the same weight as Sera.
That would suggest a human.

I love the detail on that dragon. Look at the color pattern below the wing joints and around the edge of her neck. Like a snake. I doubt I'll be able to appreciate it when she's in motion since I'll be dodging fireballs and teeth... But getting a look at her in a screenshot, she's really pretty.
