Both actually. Two voices per gender - British and American with American being a bit deeper.
Probably because they've canonically used for Dwarves and Qunari, both rather barrel chested races.

This is a bit of a misconception. There is at least one character who is not a companion or an advisor whom you can flirt with. When Cameron said that there were eight romances, he was referring to eight romances within the companions and advisors.
So, rejoice or not as you see fit.

The American voice is a bit deeper.
There's another female VA you can choose for the female PC
.
Yeah, I know, that's the good thing! If you think one voice doesn't fit to your character, you can just choose the other

American male is the guy who did Zevran in Origins, so I think we could end up either deeper or higher, depending on how he wants to go. He could do either one.
