Seems fake.

I really wish the devs would show us something, though.

Yea, don't understand why they don't show us some screenshots atleast :?

There are a variety of reasons as to why, though they are probably more mundane (and as a result possibly less understandable) than conspiracy theories would lend people to believe.

I'd love to blab on about some of the new developments that have come down the pipe for things we want to do and some stuff that I'm like "Oh man I'd love to share this news with the forums."  I can't right now, but hopefully we can sooner rather than later as I'm itching to start talking about the game in more detail myself.

I'd imagine one of them could be "because Marketing/PR said we can't" right? I mean I expect you all have optimal time table/scheduling for information release right?

Optimal? What exactly would you classify as optimal schedules for releasing information? What are you thinking they are trying to optimize?

The optimal time/length of space that will generate enough hype without forcing it out to early or to late so that they reach enough eyes outside of just their "core" fan base.

I'm just glad all the devs really want to share, and seem super excited about the game.

I think it'll be pretty good by the way they talk about it. :D

If I bothered figuring out how to post pictures in here, I would. As it stands; has anyone seen the picture of the 'Gamer Matrix' Yahtzee (Zero Punctuation) put out some time ago? I'm going to sit squarely in the 'don't get excited' stage, and hopefully I'm pleasantly surprised.

I've no doubt that BioWare love what they're doing though, it makes me happy that they're happy :)

Wow! Thanks to everyone answering about development stages (I'll be sure to check out that link, abspenst).

Thought we would have more April 1 jokes, though. Besides that one.

Me too. I thought for sure the dev's would have a field day with this, but... nothing? It's like only our tears are good enough for them. I was under the impression that massive nerd-rage would taste just as sweet. Posted Image

Oh, hush you. We may or may not be disappointed once the game has shipped, you can't save people from themselves no matter how much you want to.

Yes, I am *certain* that is BasilKarlo's intention. He just wants to "save" everyone. LOL

Well, I guess I should be flattered that you find my take on the man noteworthy. So what's your intention? What do you want with this? Being kind to someone who's never been anything but kind to me isn't going to hurt me you know...

I agree. I don't know any of you, I just prefer to offer people I don't know the respect of thinking they're good people, and that goes for you too discosuperfly, whether you think it prudent or no. Can we just drop it?

Hmm... Did I break the thread, or something..?

If I did, does that mean I get to keep it?

here is some deep stuff not even remotely relevant to the thread but with this lack of information being so disturbing for our sanity here you go

true gamers never die we just go onwards to the great reaches of the next stage of human existence beyond the laws of time decision and repercussions far above the lives of mortals we exist in the endless reach of the human conscience truly we are immortal for if even I was wrong on any of the claims I said above we have lived and saved so many different lives so many journeys we have walked that we can never truly die there will always be a save a action & reaction that made a change that the world will in one manner or another remember the deeds you did or the choice that you ignored will have a impact on the world so know this forever will you actions echo in eternity.

and now the thread is mine buhahahaha

insanity is just a point of view and depends mostly who do you compare your/our sanity to if you compare it to people who blindly walk through life never trying to understand or enjoy the moment I would be proud to be called insane for I would not be like the rest so the difference would scare them and for the lack of their vocabulary they would inevitably call me insane

No. If you break a thread you do not get to keep it. The thread simply goes off to that mystical and legendary Isle of the Forgotten Threads. Where all broken threads go.

Anywho, Allan when you do blab plz not too spoilery (cuz as a fan--i'm never happy--lol)

But srsly, I like my blab on the side so I can drizzle it on. As opposed to smothering the main dish w/blab.

thankyouverymuch. ;)

Why not use the World of Thedas thread to ask this instead of making this thread even MORE offtopic..?
