What ElitePinecone said. Sorry, I'm not in any condition to speak for myself eloquently now. ))... or perhaps Adamant?
Funny. How could she not be, she's a Chantrist after all.People complained so much Leliana was "anti-mage" in DA2

Her mentor, Justinia, was rather pro-mage.

... and Justinia might've been killed in the Breach, which is definitely magical.
Her mentor dying in a magical attack might be precisely the catalyst for Leliana's grittiness.

Yes, but I was responding to Maraas jab about her being a "Chantrist"

Lets be honest, everyone we know is likely to be quite different this time around... that's the feeling I get anyway..

"Rather" being the operative word. Justinia shut down some of basic mage institutions, if I recall. And Leliana isn't walking around killing mages on principle—like members of real anti-mage factions would do—she's working with them and "hold dear to her heart" mage-Warden no matter what, is she not? But I guess we better move this discussion to Leliana's thread. Her mentor, Justinia, was rather pro-mage.

Hi Mr.Laidlaw, with the tactical view it's possible to follow the action or the game is always on pause with tactical view?
You can resume time by "engaging." It's basically un-pause without leaving the view.

AusGamers interview with Cameron Lee...
http://www.ausgamers...es/read/3456301
Some interesting stuff...
"There’s another area which is like a complete enemy stronghold -- in terms of the whole region is a stronghold -- and you can come in and bring your Inquisition Forces in and almost fight this dynamic battle as you push the enemy back. You can send your soldiers in to defend this tower and stuff like that. So the world is quite dynamic."
That was revealed before, he's probably talking about Emprise du Lion, it's entirely controlled by Red Templars.

Hopefully they changed it so you don't have to hold down a button anymore. Also need clarification if it works the same on PC.

Even in previous games, wasn't there a toggle that removed the need to hold down the button to display the menu.

Yes, but according to Allan a few weeks ago such a toggle had not been implemented for engage mode yet. even if they don't do a toggle and just make a button press without holding it down the only way to do it, I see that as an improvement.

Not Varric, not Morrigan, not Hawke, and not the Warden.
Eh? Are we dropping hints, I wonder?

Rather, meaning she wanted to make life better for mages and give them freedom through reform, which required curbing the violent rebellious elements and tiptoeing around the Chantry hardliners. As I recall, she shut down the College only to reopen it again (which resulted in exactly the declaration of rebellion she had hoped to avoid by closing it the first time)

To that I’m afraid I am perfectly prepared to say: “Oh well.” I am not inclined to leave any character inside a box, gathering nostalgia like so much dust, when there is something possibly interesting to do with them. Not Varric, not Morrigan, not Hawke, and not the Warden. I am Godzilla Writer rampaging mercilessly amongst your sacred fields.
Oh please, for the love of the Maker, the Elven Gods, the Old Gods, and all that is holy and unholy in the Fade...... please let this mean what I hope it means..... ![]()
