How about the excitement for the second part of the demo then?
It was nice to see the visuals and hear the dialogue that the people who saw it at E3 wrote about.

It's pretty obvious why.

I find it funny how David Gaider obviously has a massive thing for Torchwood. Didn't he request Eve Myles as well?

Then you need to watch the TV series Torchwood. Merrill's VA is also in that series.
(Plus it's a really good sci-fi series in its own right.)
What's the plot?

Obviously the man has taste. It's a great series (the first three seasons at least, haven't actually managed to finish Miracle Day yet).

What's the plot?
Err, it is kind of a lower budget version of Doctor Who. They fight aliens and stuff like that. It was supposed to be more adult, but it was more unintentionally hilarious due to the low budget and often questionable acting.
Also, it is hard to take anything with John Barrowman as the star seriously.

What's the plot?
A secret agency in Cardiff, Wales working to protect the earth from alien threats, basically. It's a slightly more mature spin-off of Doctor Who (though you can appreciate it even if you haven't seen Doctor Who, which I haven't done yet).

What's the plot?
Torchwood is a secret organisation that deals with all things supernatural and alien, same universe as Doctor Who

Maybe they'll slip in a reference in later DLC.No reference to Scribbles in the game as a shout out for Josephine's fan nickname like 'Prothy the Prothean' that Javik got.

So basically the British, live action version of the Men in Black cartoon?

i don't think he will. Solas i mean.
They mentioned during the session on Tuesday that Solas sounded Irish or Welsh, and Gareth is Welsh, so it stands to reason that he will.

Sometimes I send bugs back and then I look at the resolve comments and think 'how is this a thing people actually understand'.
Those words make literally zero sense.

I never understood the appeal of Torchwood tbh. The actors were all good (other than John Barrowman and his irritating OTT antics) but most of the episodes were either completely ridiculous or just really dull.
