I believe David Gaider said Dorian was voiced by an East Indian actor. According to IMDB, Ramon Tikaram is from Singapore and has done video game work before.

You've misunderstood. Those are advisors.

 

Agents were referred to months ago as faceless(presumably) minions you send out to do mundane stuff like occupying keeps and harvesting, while you are busy slaying dragons.

Cameron talked a bit in the Gamermd83 interview. You basically use them to different types of missions, like finding a material, opening a part of a region, etc. The types of missions available to you will change based on the choices you made in the game (siding with the mages will grant you certain missions, siding with the templars others).

I guess that if we side with certain factions we'll get a boosts in agents as well.

Something was mentioned as to a power or influence rsource that gets spent to sent your agents to go out and do stuff.  It's part of how you customize your Inquisition
