Not sure why Allan is bragging about cupcakes it made the news you dont have to go on about it. And seems your trying to get attention.

 

The people who organised the Cupcakequisition have been trying to get the video game media outlets to pay attention, without previous success, so I'm not surprised Allan is happy that someone FINALLY reported this good news story.

 

Remember, the story isn't just 'fans send BioWare crazy amounts of sugar' it's 'fans send BioWare crazy amounts of sugar to celebrate the promotion of the game's potentially female protagonist.' Given the furore over Ubisoft after E3, I think it's good to have a story that says 'HEY GUYS, THIS COMPANY OVER HERE HAS ALWAYS LET YOU PLAY AS A WOMAN. ALSO, WE HAVE CUPCAKES.'

She is.

 

As a French player who likes to have the English version of RPGs (we have lots of good VA but sometimes the translation work is terrible) I must say I look forward to hearing the orlesian accent again. Always so.... weird.   I mean I certainly have an accent when speaking English and I even have a friend who can't pronounce the Rs in a proper way when he speaks English but when I played The Mark of the Assassin (DA2 DLC), I laughed each time an Orlesian said something !
