I got that "Thane" vibe from Blackwall, and we know how Krios drove girls crazy xD So I suspect Blackwall will be on the list. If they aim at equal gender option then Vivi is pretty much a given (tho they broke the equal gender options before with Sebastian's godawful romance arc). 

 

However, a HUGE assumption here is that the 2 romance option left are IN our band. There's still the possibility of romancing somebody else from the game, who's not in our inquisition (Celene for female elf would be interesting lol)

No, the 8 romances are all party members, confirmed recently.  I'm betting someone has the link.

Already confirmed that the eight LIs will be companions or advisors, though there is at least one flirt option outside of the Inquisiton (or at least not a companion or advisor).

And also because I'm pretty sure I'm going to be disappointed.  I'll be happy for the people who get what they want, of course... but if the final male LI is not Solas, I'm gonna be disappointed all the same.  I want someone new, preferably a mage.  Solas's personality sounds awesome.  I'd be okay with Varric, but I hardly ever play dwarves and I would feel weird romancing someone who's still hung up on a dead woman.  Blackwall is... well, I'm shallow and not into beards, but I know a lot of people think he's hotter than the surface of the sun--so if he is, well... I'll be very happy for them.  And very disappointed for myself.

Eh, Thane was a remorseful ninja-assassin looking to be redeemed, somewhat more Jason Bourne than the grizzled old warhorse vibe Blackwall gives off. I have a feeling he'll end up in more of mentor capacity.

I see Viv being a romance but.. solas and varric I can't really imagine.

Varric was non-romanceable in da2. In a way, this provided for a nice stable character. I imagine Solas being the varric of DA3 and varric remaining unromanceable.

Blackwall - idk. I mean, he's a grey warden but he's the last available option then (if there are suppose to be 8 romances).
