Just wondering, has anyone tried asking if they were willing to confirm or deny if race gates could be on any already confirmed LIs? If not, is anyone willing to ask? I just wonder if they would, since they were willing to do it with Josephine and Iron Bull.

Yes, only two romances left, and in the interest of keeping things relatively equal for everyone, I am almost certain that Vivienne will be one of them.

As for the other, well, it's a toss up between Solas, Blackwall and Varric. It could be Varric (restricted to dwarves) but then he still seems to be pining for Bianca so idk. I get the feeling it's gonna be Solas, only because I vaguely recall something Sheryl Chee said about Blackwall being a father/grandfather figure.

Of course they'll never do that, and it will of course further the idea in the game industry that if a woman wants to work with you she'll sleep with you. If viv is a romance then every single female member of the inquisition is romancable over the series as a whole.

You know... I made this point in the romance thread a couple days ago and it pretty much devolved into me having to explain that no, I don't hate lesbians, and no, I don't look down on people for wanting love.  Just saying, might not be a can of worms you want to open up.

I wonder if BioWare has considered releasing a spoiler-free dictionary of known words from various languages? I can understand why they might not want to (it's easier to change things if we don't know about it), but it would be really awesome for those of us who like to have lore-appropriate names for our characters.

I approve of this idea!  I'm a sucker for these things, I had a book on the languages of middle earth back in my days of AD&D for this very situation.

So, if Iron bull was previously race gated and was only recently changed, does that mean there is only one race gated romance now or were they not counting him when they said there were two?
