Yep, that's it. A Google image search of "archery glove" turns up a lot of similar gloves.

They're called finger stalls, apparently rod and line fishers use them too.

I wonder if her outfit changes a bit if you equip her with daggers though .

I rather doubt they went through the trouble, would be cool though!

Seriously though, archery is a painful business if you're not careful. I tried it out in summer camp years ago (Was crazy about Legolas at the time) and learned just enough to know that its easy to hurt yourself if you do it wrong.
