The original Twitter exchange indicates that, in DA: Legends, there's evidence that children can be born Tranquil, and asks if it's "canon". Sheryl Chee's reply indicated that it is not.
The link doesn't really introduce any new information, other than to pinpoint the evidence already referred to. Why continue to press the point?

I don't expect a writer to keep track of every single scrap of lore in something like DA Legends, so I was politely requesting clarification.  She might not know about that particular character.  Relax, please.   She'll either answer it or she'll ignore it.

You stated in the panel that you can't have two romances but can you be in a romance and still flirt with the non companion?

Once you have started a romance, most flirts with everyone else get locked off. A few friendly ones might stick around, though.
