It's just Dorian saying that Vivienne has untapped power because her instructors in the circle are too restrictive. She than ask him if he knows about immobilizing spell because she have been looking for someone to help her improve it...and she jinx his mustache.

While her name did come up, I don't think so. Wouldn't Mae still have a male or an androgynous voice rather than a female voice?

I was just thinking that. Celene is the only character I can think of that is definitely in the game and could be considered groundbreaking.

I'd love Maeveris to be in DA:I but it doesn't seem likely. I could see her in some DLC but I doubt they'd be recording voice work for DLC yet.
