Indeed.  One could argue Rockstar handled the multiple concurrent protagonists pretty well in the latest GTA game.  Indie games really pick up the slack in the more obscure and niche game concepts.  Sorry for going off-topic.

 

They're not concurrent.  They're sequential.  And GTA is not an RPG.  If you don't restrict yourself to the RPG genre you can do pretty much anything in a game.  RPG's tend to be pretty narrow.

They had quivers in DA2 as well so I don't see the big deal.

Because we haven't seen any in screenshots or demos thus far, which does not reconcile well with having quivers in previous iterations of the game. Plus, I believe other games with Frostbite have quivers too, so they are proven doable. Fans just didn't want them to be cut in the pell mell rush to get the game done.

Joking aside, Ketojan ... doing that thing ... is probably one of my top ten moments in the entire series. I still remember how shocked I was the first time I played DA2 and ... that thing happened .

I nominate Allan Schumacher to stand on the roof of BioWare headquarters in Edmonton and answer all questions in semaphore. Or Mike Laidlaw could mime them for us. On the other hand, does Cameron Lee know anything about interpretive dance?

 

I sided with Petrice once just so I could say I'd done it, but I felt rather unclean afterwards. Even if your Hawke hates the Qunari and loves the Chantry, she's just so full of obviously terrible ideas.
