i'm about as graceful in video games as i am in real life, which is why i just got distracted by party banter and fell into a lake

I figure swimming, since ya there use to just be an invisible barrier stopping it.  Plus we can drain a lake to get at a rift, but we have to know the rift is there in the first place, so I think we swim down to see it (this is personal speculation, don't take it as fact).

A shallow lake is still a lake. Perhaps it's at wading depth and not deep enough to require swimming.

Am OK with simple movement in water, even if animations are not those of swimming. But I am quite pleased that falling and climbing appear t be included, as well as possibly living if one tumbles into a lake, river, etc.

You can fall off a cliff on a horse too, I think. But it's a sad thing, they tweeted.

With Gamescom so soon, I think they probably won't release anything coz there will most likely be new info anyway. And then the same excuse afterwards for PAX Prime ... so maybe a new video in September?

I'm irrationally excited by being able to jump off cliffs and fall into lakes (what does that even entail? Game over? Swimming?). I christened each new island in Wind Waker by throwing a local pig off the highest cliff.

well there are nugs in this game and they look highly aerodynamic. just have lightly allude to that when talking to Iron Bull and i'm sure he'll get your meaning
