But yeah it looks like he grew a beard.

I really don't like the Inquisitor's animation in that image. It gives me memories of Female Shepard's idle and running animations from ME3. Those are not pleasant memories.

 

But other than that, she's tall and she's badass. Awesome.

I'm out of town, so I won't have access to PS until Thurs, but it looks like you've lightened it up pretty well! It definitely looks like a bearded Iron Bull/Qunari.
