QA work is never done, there is always another bug. Always. ALWAYS. Like tribbles, they are.
It's also QA's responsibility to confirm the fix once the programmer or designer returns the bug to us as Resolved. If it isn't, we send it back.
I've been on both sides (programmer/former consultant by trade). I've had bugs in my code I've had to fix, and bugs that I've found, opened, then retested once they were "resolved".
And, to be honest, any of the true "bugs" that I found and opened as issues, I've then had to find workarounds so that my project didn't grind to a halt while the client was waiting for patch.
All of this being a really roundabout way of saying that I understand/empathize with/sympathize with/APPRECIATE all the hard work that you all are putting in.

I think a lot of fantasy games use Arthur. DAI has twelve people and a table, but unless Andraste come out of a lake and hands you a sword I don't think Arthur is going to be a the work cited page.

Well one thing that happens is that if you provide comments without context people will run with that, it's been proven time and again thus at times a bit of the burden on these things belongs to the person who originally makes a comment but does not quickly clear up the meaning as soon as it gets taken the wrong way. If I recall there this had something to do with a dwarven romance and David responded with an 'Ewwwwww' comment without providing any context about what he meant. At least that is what I remember from the incident, of course I could be doing exactly what David was talking about right now.

No he provided context on why he didn't like it, it looked like alistair with a little kid, so he wasn't a fan. Someone then translated that to him hating dwarfs and midgets, so he then made a snarky comment saying ewwww about a romance with a dwarf, and then it blew up
