That's what I've been thinking, perhaps in the world-state used in that gameplay the Warden (our Warden) is dead.
So we'd see ours in that scene if he/she survived DA:O.

Really interesting stuff I'm reading here (and watched on the conference). I'm quite giddy about the news we'll be able to customise Hawke's appearance and the Warden (should they appear).
Maybe been mentioned somewhere but since we saw quite a bit of Morrigan in the trailer, rather than the dragon saving the Inquisitor near the end being Flemeth, I'm wondering if Morrigan is now capable of shifting into a dragon. Either way, very cool.

Maybe you can help her with that transformation, by finding her a certain spell of Flemeth's? Maybe you go back to Flemeth's hut in the Kocari Wilds to retrieve it?

Come on, it´s clear. She showed signs of heavy stress affecting her. You can´t have that in heroes, they must breathe through whatever they go through, kill enemy mooks without ever giving a damn about them, and sleep happily by the end the day.
