Also, re:the crafting materials, if you look closely at the screenshot most of them say 99/4 or 99/5, which means that the maximum values in-game are 4 or 5 respectively, and the demo is just set to give them 99 of everything.

Like how Cole should've died at the end boss fight but didn't.

 

While I agree that they've probably set the demo to have 99 of everything, I think the 4 and 5 are for how many of that item you need in order to craft. Like how in Origins if you had 10 elfroot but only needed one for a Lesser Health Poultice, it would say 10/1.

This. The numbers on the right side are most likely what is required to craft the item, rather than a limit on how much you can store.

Also what the heck is dragon webbing because if they create a dragon/spider hybrid I am noping the **** out

It looks like dragon webbing is an available material for the handgrip.  I'm pretty sure each material for blade, grip and handle(?) will carry its own unique properties and that's how we'll customize weapons for each task.  Perhaps the willpower bonus will stack with a fire resistance bonus and a speed bonus (think Hawke's key in Legacy DLC) to make a special weapon for fighting dragons - a long, tough, and above all hot fight.

I had my doubts with Cullen as a strategy/military advisor, but after seeing this shot of the war table, I believe he is truly a master strategist. He placed himself between the two gorgeous ladies.

Make that three, with a very-easy-on-the-eyes female inquisitor across from him, that man's tactical genius knows no bounds, a master stroke of strategic planning without doubt

There's actually a really rad system behind weapon naming. I don't think we're ready to get into it now, but it's really cool.

User, there is a room with a chicken in it, and every time a weapon is generated, it chooses the name.
