Karin Weekes @KarinWeekes

So. The thing from the new demo that looks like a naked bum w/ spindly legs & too many arms? Our creature designers are AMAZING. And NOT OK.

It'll be interesting to see if there are any factors that weigh into their success...

So, to diplomacy... or not to diplomacy... or to Cullen. That would appear to be the question. ;)

Leliana gets the job done 48 minutes faster anyway.

But with Josephine you get to play dress up for the political meeting. There may even be a dance.

Meanwhile as we debate this, Cullen is sitting alone in the corner crying about how nobody ever just wants to go through good old-fashioned war.

I don't know the whole quest reeks of blood magic to me so I think that appealing to his better judgement would just be painting a target on my back......

It seems overkill to invade a nation state just because a king has an evil advisor.

I'm with Leliana. Murder him.

And failure leads to her Mage torture scene.....or ransom her back from Nevarra for some of your "power" resource

The torture scene was a result of sending her to spy on redcliffe. I guess the second one could be an option but my Inquisitor would be inclined to let them keep her if that was the case and I don't think you can actually lose advisers.

A twist. Turns out the advisor actually opposes the venetori and is a really good friend with great advice. Nevarra weakens with Leliana's option, you get an explanation with Josie's.

I'd rather look the Venatori in the eyes first, so they know I'm coming for them. Diplomacy first, murder second.

Then a coffee break with Blackwall and Iron Bull back home at Skyhold to celebrate another round of righteous murder.

lol... that suggestion by Josephine makes me want to give diplomacy a chance.  I wonder how effective this would be?

Send Josephine for the Neverra missions.

Send Leliana to handle Oralsis

Send Cullen to go Freledan,

Each of their backgrounds are suited for each country, Since they know the ends and out of each one.

That might not necessarily be Cullen's proposal, pity we can't see what it actually is.  Leliana and Jo's solutions were pretty obvious considering their positions, but I'd be rather interested in seeing how Cullen proposes to use the military for this matter.

You know, I joked once that DAI would feature the god of all spiders to freak out the arachnophobes. Now I wonder if I wasn't predicting the future.

Lead a strike team to Nevarra to ambush the advisor, or take the army and demand that the nevarrans hand him over as an agent of Chaos

Hmm don't think so... she looks even less like comicbook Bianca than she does Origins Dagna, and she's already confirmed to not be Dagna. And she's already confirmed not to be Bianca.

My money's on the scout leader Bioware was talking about.

The scout leader is called Harding, they were already mentioned in an interview.

I'm confused by this required time. Do you have to be playing the game for that? Can you stop playing for a while then come back? Or does it skip you ahead that much time and time based quests and stuff now have less time to accomplish?

That's all the news they said, the rest is just people playing the demo

You'll get news from others that play the game, possibly, too.  I noticed Destructoid released a preview, for example.

That doesn't necessarily mean it gives the best result, depending on what you're looking for.

The thing about playing my second through is that I'll enjoy having all the answers on whether to bullrush, backstab or silver tongue my enemies with advisor's.

You lower it through microtransactions of course.

There's most likely some in game clock that goes faster than real time or something.

Send Leliana/Josephine/Cullen off to one mission, then you go and do a quest in another place.  When you come back, they will have filed a mission report and be waitiing for new orders.

EDIT:  Big difference indeed between senT and senD, hmmm?  I've not played DA:I yet :P
